L de Lolita Lempicka

L de Lolita Lempicka was launched in 2006 and the fragrance was created by perfumer Maurice Roucel. The bottle was designed by Sylvie de France. From the perfume ad and the aquamarine, pebble heart shaped bottle with the golden net, this perfume reminds me a lot of the deep blue ocean and mermaids. Even though I have an affinity for mermaids, I'm not too fond of aquatic scent, which is why I steer clear from this perfume for years, thinking it as another harsh clean scent.  The only reason why I got this is because of the bottle, it's been discontinued for years and I wanted to get this before it's gone. So imagine my surprise when I first tried it on. Instead of being bombarded with screechy and sharp aquatic scent, I was left with a delicious oriental vanilla scent that conjures images of Christmas baking. I immediately regret not getting a full bottle of this years before it's been discontinued, lol. Top Notes Bitter orange,   Bergamot

I Love ... Coconut & Cream (Bath & Shower Crème)

Gourmand vanilla & coco nutty scents have always been my fave choices of scents in beauty products. I tend to lean towards creamy scent that reminds me a lot of vanilla or coconut desserts. Though in real life I don't really eat a lot of heavy desserts though since I  have problems digesting them, lol.

My previous fave coconut shower cream range was The Body Shop Coconut Shower Cream, but it's quite hard to find them these days. So I was super excited to see another brand selling coconut scent shower cream while walking around at Suria Sabah.




I Love ... Coconut & Cream (Bath & Shower Crème) is available only at Watsons. The brand I Love...Cosmetics is a bath, body and beauty brand from UK that lovingly creates the most gorgeous, deliciously scented products in the World. At the time being, I'd only 3 variants of this shower creme at Watsons, Coconut & Cream , Mango & Papaya, Raspberry & Blackberry.




This product has the same creamy texture as The Body Shop Shower Cream. Scent wise, this smells a lot like creamy coconut pudding, something I don't mind smelling like, lolz. The scent lingers for a while but not too long. It's mild on skin and doesn't leave my skin feeling dry after rinsing it off. 




Overall it's a great product for those who love gourmand scent. It's also quite affordable, RM27.90 for a 500ml bottle. I'm hoping Watsons will start bringing it's other body care ranges such as the body butter and body lotions because the scent is super delicious and I'm kinda hoping for a scent that last all day long.
