L de Lolita Lempicka

L de Lolita Lempicka was launched in 2006 and the fragrance was created by perfumer Maurice Roucel. The bottle was designed by Sylvie de France. From the perfume ad and the aquamarine, pebble heart shaped bottle with the golden net, this perfume reminds me a lot of the deep blue ocean and mermaids. Even though I have an affinity for mermaids, I'm not too fond of aquatic scent, which is why I steer clear from this perfume for years, thinking it as another harsh clean scent.  The only reason why I got this is because of the bottle, it's been discontinued for years and I wanted to get this before it's gone. So imagine my surprise when I first tried it on. Instead of being bombarded with screechy and sharp aquatic scent, I was left with a delicious oriental vanilla scent that conjures images of Christmas baking. I immediately regret not getting a full bottle of this years before it's been discontinued, lol. Top Notes Bitter orange,   Bergamot

Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Fig

If you're into fresh smelling perfumes, you'll probably love Elizabeth Arden Green Tea perfume line. It was first released in 1999, with many flankers following the original Green Tea, and one of them is the Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Fig.

Top Notes
Bergamot, Citron, Clementine, Fig Leaf, Ivy, Tea

Middle Notes
Green Tea, Fig, Violet Leaf, Tamarind, Pistachio

Base Notes
Tonka Bean, Musk, Clary Sage

Slightly sweet, with a refreshing hint of green tea, Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Fig is as citrusy and as zesty as the original Green Tea, though it has a softer, woodsy drydown. This actually last 5-6 hours on me, which last much longer than the original Green Tea.

With it's average sillage, this is one of those perfumes that you can easily wear everyday and forget that you're wearing one, as it easily turns into a skin scent after a few hours. The only reminder is you'll occasionally caught whiffs of a fruity, green, citrusy scent that'll take you to memories of rustic countryside full of sparkle, warmth and laughter.
