The Skin House is a korean skincare and cosmetics brand that I'd recently got the chance to try out, thanks to a giveaway by 0.8L. Prior to this, I've never tried out any of their products even though the brand has been in the market for a while now.
Recently I've started incorporating anti-aging skincare in my daily skincare routine, since fine lines and wrinkles are inevitable as we get older. So I've been quite excited to try out The Skin House Wrinkle Collagen Toner & Essence and checking out whether they'll be suitable for my combination skin.

I love the texture of the toner, it's slightly viscous and works really well in hydrating my combination skin, though it does leave a tacky feel after applying. It leaves my skin well hydrated and despite it being a little thicker than my usual toner, it doesn't feel that heavy on my skin, as long as I don't pile on my moisturizer afterwards. I've noticed a lot of wrinkle care products that I've tried in the past contains fragrance and this one is no exception, however I don't mind the scent of this toner it doesn't smell too overwhelming.

Review :
The essence has a much stronger scent than the toner, which I'm not too fond of as it smells a little too perfumy. The creamy essence takes a while to fully absorb on my skin, especially on my oily T-zone. Applying a layer of sunblock on top of this actually makes my skin a little greasy so I've only been using this during nightime. However I do love using it as a neck cream for smoothing out my décolletage wrinkles. It does leave the skin around my neck area much more smoother.
Overall I find The Skin House Wrinkle Collagen Toner & Essence are better suited for those with dry or normal skin as it might feel a little too heavy on those with skin that are prone to oilyness. For those with combination skin, the toner is still quite acceptable as I find it to be quite hydrating and doesn't feel too heavy on skin.
